FLAG (or FWAG) is an annual, 1st leg, competition between Farnham, Woking, Alton, and Guildford.

Each year the clubs rotate in hosting the 2 legs that make up the competition with Farnham and Alton hosting this year. Rounds tend to be Albions/Windsor (3 dozen arrows each at either 80/60/50yds or 60/50/40yds) for the adults and variations (Junior/Short/etc Windsors) for the kids.
