Unfortunately, camping is not permitted on the grounds. However, there are many B&Bs and commercial campsites available locally in the New Forest area but we do not hold a list of these.

Photography: In view of the provisions of the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. No unauthorised photography will be permitted. Authorised photography may be carried out on the day for publicity purposes and may be used on the county website.
Conditions of Entry: This is a Record Status event under Archery GB Rules of Shooting and the current dress regulations of Rule 307 will apply. All entrants must be members of Archery GB or World Archery and must sign the entry form to confirm that they have received instruction in clout shooting prior to the event. Archers competing at Record Status tournaments will be liable for drugs testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. Any refusal will be treated as a positive result. A parent or legal guardian of each archer under 18 must sign the form to signify consent to the junior being tested if approached.
Entry to the tournament will be considered as acceptance of these conditions.
